Abstract: According to the problems required to repeatedly start and stop loading and manually leveling when using belts, forklifts, dustpan, scale and other equipment. In order to improve the level of automation of bulk materials such as coal in truck’s loading & transport industry. An active process based on suspension scraper was proposed. An active device of truck’s loading & leveling system was developed, integrated and applied with truck’s loading station in the coal mine. More than one mine site showed that: the device achieved a rapid quantitative loading & leveling after the truck into place, A 40 tons truck’s loading efficiency was improved nearly 60% and reduced to 2 min, the section of the compartment meet the transport requirements and Without artificial dressing.
